Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (US): 2-3 business days
- International Shipping: 10-21 business days (varies by destination)

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order total, shipping method, and destination. We offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Check our current promotions at checkout for details.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns only for unopened products in their original, sealed packaging. To be eligible for a return:
- Products must be unopened and unused
- Products must be in their original packaging with all seals intact
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase (order number) is required
Important: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened tea products. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before opening the packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used tea products
- Products with broken or damaged seals
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (if applicable)
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our customer service team with:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Photos showing the product is unopened and in original packaging
We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
