SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
International Shipping We currently ship to select countries including Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, France, Japan, and Singapore. International delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Shipping Costs
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $50 (US only)
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method
- International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number.
Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hanlytea@mail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
Address Changes If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
